What can I expect from the event?
« Titanic – The Artifact Exhibition » is an educational exhibition for families that focuses on the memorable stories of the men and women aboard the legendary RMS Titanic. The presentation of more than 200 moving objects and the reconstruction of the ship's cabins and emblematic places tell the true story of this terrible shipwreck. Visitors will be able to see authentic objects brought to the surface by Paul-Henri Nargeolet, Director of Underwater Research, and his teams.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
Is there air conditioning?
The exhibition hall is air-conditioned to 21°C with a humidity level of 50% which is the temperature and hygrometer required for the proper conservation of the Titanic's artifacts.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 75 minutes at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event. Food & beverage is not allowed inside the exposition.
Is there parking available?
There will be parking available at Parking Esplanade – Anna Bochdreef – 1000 Brussels.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not have virtual reality.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
About tickets
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site (payment by card only). However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the
Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please
contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to
our T&Cs.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 5 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience will include an audio guide in French, Dutch & Englush . Please ask the staff for it!
Can I make a Group Booking or do you offer a discount for groups?
Yes, there are group tickets available to book for groups of 20+ people.
